Not happy with a few things really, one of the main oversights with the product is that it's black, so if any sun hits it. It becomes a mini oven. Which kind of makes it useless to use in a car or a work site. Also the zips feel super weak and I have had a similar model before and they failed after a few months, I had hoped they would be better with this one.
I use it everyday for work and so far it’s been great. I like the zipperless top and the shoulder strap that doesn’t slip off your shoulder at the worst time. Plenty of pockets for your keys phone a wallet and knife and fork. Plus it keeps stuff cold … with a freezer brick you will be good to go.
